With gestural marks and an abundance of neutrals, Landscape In white is a homage to light. It beckons the viewer in until the eye rests on a detail. I pursue landscape on plein air intially through multiple drawings which then transfer to the studio for the completed painting.
This piece of work is bespoke framed in a dual frame with linen slip and gilt fillet.
